President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky arrived in Lviv together with President of Latvia Egils Levits. This was reported on March 3 by the press service of the President's Office.
Upon arrival, the leaders of the countries paid tribute to the memory of the fallen Ukrainian defenders at the Field of Honor at Lychakiv Cemetery in Lviv. The ceremony was also attended by the first ladies of Ukraine and Latvia, as well as the deputy head of the Presidential Office Oleksiy Kuleba and the head of the Lviv Oblast Military Administration Maksym Kozytsky.
In addition to laying flowers, the heads of state held talks. However, their details have not yet been announced. Zelensky also managed to visit the wounded defenders of Bakhmut.
Earlier it was reported that the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court arrived in Kyiv and met with Zelensky.
