Roman Bazyshen was dismissed from the post of deputy head of the "People's Militia Department of the DNR".
Dmitry Zakharov is no longer Deputy "Minister for Civil Defense, Emergencies and Disaster Relief of the DNR", and Dmitry Shmelev has been relieved of his post as "Minister of Revenues and Duties".
