Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez arrived in Kyiv on a visit on the morning of February 23. He reported this on his Twitter.
"Today I'm returning to Kyiv. We will be with Ukraine and its people until peace returns to Europe", - Sánchez stated.
Like other Western officials, Pedro Sánchez arrived in Kyiv by train. At the metropolitan railway station, he was met by representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, including Deputy Minister Yevhen Perebyinis.
