Joe Biden’s visit to Kyiv is of a strategic nature. This was stated by head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak in his Telegram channel on February 20.
"Ukraine today is the heart of democracy, which is fighting for freedom. I want to thank Joe Biden’s national security adviser Jake Sullivan, with whom we worked, including on the issue of the visit. I am very pleased with the constructive cooperation with Jake, which always gives a powerful result. Believe me, Joe Biden’s visit is strategic. Many issues are being resolved and the pending ones will be accelerated. Our common goal is the victory of Ukraine over russia and the triumph of Ukrainian soldiers and Western weapons", - Yermak wrote.
As previously reported, Joe Biden unexpectedly arrived in Kyiv on February 20.
