In the near future, russia may go to the limit to report at least some progress during the year of the war. On January 12, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleksiy Danilov stated this on the air of the national telethon.
"Two-three months will be difficult and decisive for us. It means that russia should go to the limit. It cannot drag out the war endlessly as well, the situation is not simple there and problems are accumulating in russia", - the official stated.
According to him, the kremlin is already "preparing for certain events". This is due to the love of russians for various dates.
"February 24 will be one of the periods when they would like to report to their society on the achievement of any success", - Danilov suggested.
Let us recall that earlier, the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council reported that Ukrainian tankers would master the Leopard tanks in a matter of weeks.
