Ukraine should switch to a contract army after defeating russia. Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal reported this on January 3 via Telegram.
"After our victory, we must move to a strong contract army and at the same time, provide everyone with the opportunity to gain knowledge and skills that will help defend the country if the enemy attacks again", - the head of government stated.
According to Shmyhal, right now, on the battlefield, the Ukrainian army is switching to NATO standards. In particular, we are talking about the use of the principles of strategic planning and staff training.
Let us recall that earlier, it was reported that Vollodymyr Zelensky changed the rules for the service of foreigners in the AFU.
