Minister of the MIA of the russian federation Vladimir Kolokoltsev admitted that 50 thousand security officials are not enough to pacify the occupied territories of Ukraine. He stated this from the rostrum of the State Duma, - the russian media write.

According to him, the MIA of the aggressor country "has a huge shortage – 90 thousand personnel". Because of this, the ministry cannot send existing personnel to the occupied territories of Ukraine.

Kolokoltsev informed that in order to work in the occupied territories, it is necessary to additionally recruit 42 thousand employees until 2026 and "another 8 thousand in 2026".

He noted that creating conditions for the normal functioning of units "in the new (not recognized by the world community - OstroV) subjects of the Russian Federation is a priority task".
