Electricity and water disappeared in Zhytomyr as a result of russian strikes. This was announced by mayor of the city Serhiy Sukhomlin on his Facebook.
"The morning began with arrivals in Zhytomyr. Now there is no electricity and water in the city. Hospitals are on backup power. We are working. There is no end to the alarm. Be safe", - Sukhomlin wrote.
As previously reported, rashists hit thermal power plant in Kyiv.
