Ukraine managed to return another 20 of our defenders from captivity. Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak reported this in Telegram.
"Our people are returning home. Another exchange of prisoners, another moment of joy and the realization that today will be one of the best days in life for many families. We managed to free 20 people from captivity. These are 20 stories of Ukrainian heroes, 14 - soldiers of the AFU, 4 fighters of the territorial defense forces, one National Guardsman and a Navy soldier", - Yermak informed.
He clarified that among the released, there are people whom the russians kept in Olenivka, as well as in the temporarily occupied territories of the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson oblasts.
"The boys are now undergoing a medical examination, everyone is happy to be in his native land. They were very much expected at home. Often these are wives and parents, and many are expected by children. Communicating with the families of prisoners, I noticed that children often experience everything inside themselves, only express emotions in pictures. You may not immediately notice the experience when looking at the child, but it is there, and I want to do everything to return his father or mother to him as soon as possible, I want to do my best so that our Ukrainian families reunite again.We will return everyone. Only this way. Glory to Ukraine. We are returning our own people", - Yermak noted.
