The russians began a "partial" mobilization in the temporarily occupied territory of the Luhansk oblast, but the summons are being handed out to everyone – from students to pensioners. This was stated in Telegram on October 6 by head of the oblast military administration Serhiy Haidai.

"The occupiers began partial mobilization in Starobilsk and Kreminna districts. Why not forced, but partial - they explain it simply: supposedly, these territories are already part of russia, and partial mobilization has been announced there", - the official stated.

Moreover, according to Haidai, the occupiers simply walk around the yards and hand out summonses to everyone indiscriminately. Students, the sick and the elderly receive such summons.

Let us recall that forced mobilization has been in effect in the occupied territories of Ukraine since the very beginning of a full-scale war. So, it was reported at the end of September that in Svatove, the occupiers handed out summons to 18-year-olds, and the drivers were immediately sent to the military units.
