"The shooter was detained. He introduced himself as Ruslan Zinin, he is 25 years old", - the message says.
"The military commissar of Ust-Ilimsk in the Irkutsk oblast is in intensive care in a critival condition", - the Mash Telegram channel writes.
According to the Telegram channel, Ruslan Zinin shot at military commissar Alexander Yelisieyev six times.
It is reported that before shooting at the military commissar, Ruslan Zinin said the words "Now we’ll all go home!" and "No one will fight!".
Citing an eyewitness, the Baza Telegram channel writes that the shooter’s weapon "was like from the Brother-2 movie, very similar, like a homemade sawed-off shotgun".
According to Mash, military commissar Alexander Yelisieyev was hospitalized with six bullet wounds.
The local governor confirmed that the military commissar was in critical condition.
