Kharkiv and the Kharkiv oblast were again left without electricity due to the recent shelling of the russians. This was stated by Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Kyrylo Tymoshenko in his Telegram channel on September 13.
"We were just reported that Kharkiv and the oblast are without electricity. The backup line that fed the settlements has failed. Now all forces are directed to eliminate the problem. I will report on the results later. These are the consequences of the insidious shelling of the russians that took place the day before", - Tymoshenko wrote.
