Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu named states friendly to the aggressor country, including Burundi, Guinea and Mali. He announced the list of countries loyal to the kremlin regime during the so-called moscow conference on the International Security.

The conference was attended by the military from Africa, whom Shoigu called "prominent military leaders" and thanked them for their support.
