Quadripartite negotiations on the export of Ukrainian grain with the participation of delegations from Ukraine, Turkey, the UN and russia began in Istanbul on July 13. This was reported by the AFP agency with reference to a Turkish official, - Ekonomichna Pravda writes.

"This is the first talks between Ukraine and russia with the UN and Turkish officials aimed at breaking the months-long stalemate over the export of Ukrainian grain blocked by the russian federation", - the statement said.

Earlier, it was reported that negotiations in Istanbul on grain and navigation in the Black Sea were scheduled for July 13.
