Pskov volunteers Vladimir Minushkin and Artem Matveev do not get in touch after the transfer of humanitarian aid in the Kharkiv oblast. This is said in the message of the wife of one of the missing, posted on the website of the governor of the Pskov oblast, - provincial media report.

The woman told that on July 5, Vladimir Minushkin, together with his friend Artem Matveev, took the collected aid to the village of Strileche of the Kharkiv oblast.

"They went to the village on the seventh of June and disappeared. As I already found out, there were two locals with them, one named Vadim and the second – Alexander. Also, a man from St. Petersburg named Alexey. As I was able to find out, during the distribution of humanitarian aid, the military from the LNR approached them and took them away in an unknown direction. Thanks to correspondence with the locals of the village of Strileche, I found out that they were taken away by a certain "military commandant's office", which actively creates lawless environment: they take people away and, in general, do what they want. At the moment, we have not known anything about our men for five days", - Marina Minushkina writes.

According to her, the family of Artem Matveev went to Belgorod to try to find the relative's contacts, but "no one there can help them".

"We no longer know what to do and how to release our husbands, we give up more and more every day. I have a large number of screenshots of correspondence with the local residents of Strileche, where they tell what the horror is happening there. And I will say more, the locals are afraid of these troops", - Marina Minushkina adds, asking the governor to help bring her husband home.
