Most of the 144 Ukrainian heroes who returned home yesterday, on June 29, are seriously wounded. This was reported by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
"144 defenders of Ukraine have been released from captivity. Most of them are seriously wounded", - the message says.
"Immediately after the release, all our heroes received medical assistance and proper care", - the Defense Ministry stressed.
The Main Directorate of Intelligence also added that the coordinating headquarters for the treatment of prisoners of war continues to work on the release of all Ukrainian prisoners of war.
