The so-called "russian spring" of 2014 was staged by the kremlin curators, and the so-called "DNR/LNR" could not make independent decisions. This follows from the post of founder of the terrorist Vostok Battalion Alexander Khodakovsky.
Recalling the events of 2014, he admits that the actions of the separatists were completely controlled by "curators who were assigned to us from above".
Khodakovsky laments that without the permission of the kremlin's "overseers", the self-appointed authorities of the "DNR/LNR" could not make any decisions.
As an example, the traitor to the Motherland talks about an attempt to create a powerful propaganda apparatus in the occupied Donbas.

He clarifies that all issues related to the "DNR/LNR" at that time were decided by putin's assistant Vladislav Surkov or his deputies. The petitions of "representatives of the people of Donbas" were listened to in the moscow restaurants during a rich repast. Decisions were made there as well. "Sitting in a trendy moscow restaurant and picking out the remnants of food from his teeth, looking away from his plate, Surkov's assistant threw a short "no". - How? Why? Is this the right thing?! We do not need this", - the militant says about the humiliating format of interaction between the "republics" and the kremlin.
