The troops of the Eastern Military District of the Armed Forces of the Russian federation have begun practical exercises on conducting combat in the conditions of "modern armed conflicts".
"The training of military personnel as part of an intensive training course focuses on mastering the experience of modern armed conflicts. In particular, half of the practical training is carried out at night, in a complex tactical environment that simulates modern combined-arms battle", - it notes.
Exercises at the training grounds are carried out with servicemen of motorized rifle, tank, artillery and reconnaissance units, as well as with specialists of communications units, chemical, biological and radiological protection.
