President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has stated that he currently has sufficient opportunities to implement the idea of introducing a visa regime with the russian federation. Zelensky announced this at a meeting with the media representatives on June 6.
"I think it is a good idea to introduce a visa regime with the russian federation. And secondly, I probably have enough opportunities today to bring this to a positive result for Ukrainians", - the president noted.
As previously reported, on May 26, President Volodymyr Zelensky supported a petition to introduce a visa regime for russian citizens in Ukraine and instructed Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal to work on this issue.
