Self-proclaimed "mayor" of Melitopol Vladimir Rogov (also calls himself "a member of the main council of the Zapizhzhia oblast civil-military administration") told the intention of the russian occupiers to appropriate the property of Ukrainian businessmen Rinat Akhmetov and Ihor Kolomoiskyi. This is reported by the russian media.
"The property of the Ukrainian oligarchs, including Kolomoiskyy, Akhmetov and Pinchuk, in the Zaporizhzhia oblast should be nationalized", - Rogov stated.
Rogov calls unwillingness to fulfill any obligations to the owners of enterprises that "finance Ukrainian nationalists" the reason for the desire to take possession of the property of Ukrainian businessmen.
It was earlier reported that the invaders kidnapped more than 500 people, including teenagers, in Melitopol since the beginning of the war.
