Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak spoke about the weapons that Ukraine will receive from the USA as part of a military assistance package. The functionary wrote this in his official Telegram channel on June 2.
According to Yermak, today, together with Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valeriy Zaluzhnyi, he held talks with National Security Adviser to the President of the USA Jacob Sullivan and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Mark Milley.
During the talks, the parties discussed a new package of the U.S. military assistance, which will be transferred to Ukraine to fight the russian aggressor.
"We discussed a new U.S. military assistance package for Ukraine, including HIMARS MLRS and ammunition, MI-17 helicopters, Javelin missiles, tactical vehicles, radars and other ammunition", - Andriy Yermak told.
He also noted that this is not the last assistance from the USA and the parties will continue negotiations. At the same time, Andriy Yermak hinted at the supply of new weapons, having called it "surprises that the enemy will not like".
