Representatives of the occupation authorities in Melitopol have abducted several employees of the editorial office of the Ukrainian Melitopol Vidomosti media outlet. This is said on the MV website.
"Armed men came to the home of journalists Yulia Olkhovska and Liubov Chaika, publisher Mykhailo Kumok and editor-in-chief of the Melitopol Vidomosti newspaper Yevhenia Borian, took them away in an unknown direction. "The Russians are trying to achieve cooperation", - the surviving journalists wrote on the MV website.
Representatives of the holding appeal to the leadership of the city and the country, colleagues from the Ukrainian and world press to speak in defense of the Melitopol press representatives.
Some time later, the Melitopol Vidomosti website was completely blocked.
