This was announced on March 6 by the North Operational Command by publishing an official document of the Russian Ministry of Defense.

In particular, the document of the Russians says that from March 1, 2022, it is necessary to seize identity documents from the personnel fighting in Ukraine, take measures as soon as possible to evacuate the bodies of the Russian military from Ukraine at night and also organize burials in mass graves or the destruction of the bodies of their military if it is impossible to fulfill the previous requirements.
