Leader of the "DNR" Denis Pushilin did not rule out bringing Russian troops into the uncontrolled territory of the Donbas. He said this during his press conference in occupied Donetsk.
Answering the question whether he sees any conditions under which Russian troops could enter CADLO, the head of the occupation administration answered in the affirmative.
"If a full-scale offensive of Ukraine is unleashed, cities and civilians will be attacked, I would not rule it out. Moreover, 700 thousand Russian citizens live on the territory of the LDN", - he said.
As previously reported, Ukraine has repeatedly stated its commitment to the return of the occupied territories using political and diplomatic means. At the same time, hysteria is dispersed in Russian and separatist propaganda about a possible power projected scenario on the part of Ukraine. In 2014 and 2015, the invasion of the regular Armed Forces of the Russian Federation under the guise of "militiamen" prevented the complete liquidation of the "DNR/LNR" armed gangs. Many politicians in Russia do not hide this fact, calling the intervention against Ukraine the "north wind".
