Head of the Servant of the People party Olena Shuliak has decided to expel people's deputy Oleksandr Trukhin from the ranks of the party. She announced this on her Facebook.
"As the head of the Servant of the People political party, I decided to expel Oleksandr Trukhin from the party ranks. This means termination of his powers as chairman of the Poltava regional organization of the party", - she wrote.
"The party also calls on the Servant of the People parliamentary party in the Verkhovna Rada to immediately convene a meeting and consider the incident involving Oleksandr Trukhin to make a decision", - the head of Servant of the People added.
Such a principled position of Servant of the People appeared only after the publication by journalists of the police videos, which show that after a high-profile road accident, Oleksandr Trukhin is trying to leave the scene and offers law enforcement officers to come to the agreement for consideration.
