The leader of the Radical Party Oleg Lyashko said that he initiated the start of the impeachment procedure of President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko. He wrote about that on his Facebook page.
"The Radical Party faction initiates the start of impeachment procedures of Poroshenko in accordance with the procedure provided by Article 111 of the Constitution of Ukraine. We demand the creation of special temporary parliamentary commission of inquiry to investigate the facts of the existence of secret offshore companies and accounts of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko," - wrote Lyashko.
According to him, the creation of offshore by Poroshenko and Gontareva is tax evasion, corruption activity, money concealment, misleading information in the declarations of state officials, abuse of powers, business activity on the post of president.
"In general, the height of cynicism is establishing offshore companies at the time when hundreds of our soldiers died in Ilovaiskaya boiler in August 2014", - said Lyashko.
Lyashko noted that the failure to investigate the actions of the president by the NABU indicated its dependence on the government and the imitation of the fight against corruption.
