Aide to Russian President Vladislav Surkov is sure that the head of the self-proclaimed "Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republic" Alexander Zakharchenko and Igor Plotnitsky will work at the office until the end of the "term" in 2018. This was announced by director of the Center for Current Politics Alexey Chesnakov, who was present at the meeting of Surkov with experts, - reports RIA Novosti.
Chesnakov called Kiev statements on uniting unrecognized republics and appontment of their governors in t Donbass to be "surge" and "way of keeping information noise".
