Not only to Yakutia, but also to Svalbard: miners flee from CADLO for high salaries in Russian Federation 12/08/2021 15:28:46. Total views 715. Views today — 0.

There are not enough miners on the territory of Donbas occupied by the Russian Federation, who left for the Russian Federation to work after numerous closings of mines. Separatist segment of information resources writes this.

For example, the announcement of recruitment for the Shchehlovska-Hlyboka mine has been heard in local grocery stores for about two months. As head of the mine Vitaliy Soboliev told, now 736 people work there, of which 315 are underground. The state needs almost one and a half thousand. Only about a hundred workers were found over two months.

Local social networks write that the miners do not trust the promises of the "republican" authorities about stabilization in the coal industry and are striving to go to work in the Russian Federation. One of the local Telegram channels reported that the Russian recruiting of miners in CADLO has now become more cautious, since "the republican authorities do not favor them", but at the same time, new proposals have appeared - not only in Yakutia, but also on the island of Spitsbergen.

"It is possible that "the trouble came from where it was not expected", since in the Russian Arktikugol company on the island of Spitsbergen, namely at the Barentsburg mine, there is a strong shortage of specialists, and, so to speak, the gaze of the company's management, which, in principle, is traditional for the last time, turned to Donbas, since not all the miners have been taken from here to Yakutia yet", - the message says.

"So, for now among the miners of the LNR, but I think it will soon affect the DNR as well, there is talk about the fact that people are being recruited in Svalbard, and not without reason, since Russian recruitment companies, although they do not operate in the Donbas as openly as before, are afraid to "fall across the anger of the authorities" about the head hunting, but continue to work "without any fuss" and their proposals are indeed quite worthy for the republics", - local social networks report.

According to the information spread, the salaries of a wireman, a shaft man, a miner or a loco driver in Svalbard are $1000-1300, and if the qualification is higher, then it can be even $2000.

"Even taking into account the need to give 15% of the earned to an intermediary-employer, it is still very profitable even for "official miners", and if you are an employee of a small illegal coalmine, it turns out that you can earn in a month as in half a year. By the way, unlike the LDNR, salaries in Svalbard are paid in full and in due time, which is also very important", - is noted in the separatist Telegram channel, adding that for CADLO, "some bleak picture is obtained…"

As reported by OstroV, billboards appeared in occupied Makiivka of the Donetsk region, which invited residents of CADO to work at the Yakutia mines in. It was earlier reported that 2 thousand miners with their families had already been relocated to Yakutia for permanent place of residence.
