A humanitarian aid for medical purpose was delivered to military hospitals in the Donetsk oblast within the framework of the Help East international initiative. This was reported on December 7 by the Command of the Joint Forces of the AFU.
Humanitarian aid, consisting of specialized medical furniture and medical equipment, was received by the Mariupol military hospital and the 65th military mobile medical unit, based in Chasiv Yar.
"Thanks to a preliminary study of the needs of military treatment facilities, we carried out a thorough selection of medical equipment and supplies. We are proud that it is possible to transfer the necessary equipment that helps save lives and restore health to Ukrainian soldiers", - founder of the humanitarian initiative, Lieutenant General Serhiy Nayev said.
The commander added that the cost of the humanitarian aid was more than a million of hryvnias.
Let us remind that Ukraine received more than 83 tons of humanitarian aid for medical purpose this year in the amount of about 30 million hryvnias within the framework of the Help East international strategic initiative.
