16 309 new cases of COVID-19 were recorded in Ukraine. This was said in the report of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
It notes that "16 309 confirmed cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19 were recorded in Ukraine over the day of October 12, 2021 (of which children – 1 588, health workers - 288)".
4 901 people were hospitalized over the day, 471 – died.
