Russia has stated its readiness to resume the dialogue on the purchase of Russian gas by Ukraine. This was stated by press secretary of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov, - TASS reports.
"Of course. Nobody rejected this. Moreover, the willingness to discuss it has been repeatedly voiced by representatives of the gas monopolist and representatives of the Russian side at different levels", - Peskov said, having added that the agreement between the Russian Federation and Hungary on the gas supplies bypassing Ukraine does not violate any rights and complies with the international trade rules.
As previously reported, Hungary signed a gas contract with Russia, which Ukraine opposes. In turn, Ukraine will appeal against the new gas contract between Hungary and the Russian Federation.
