Occupation authorities of CADO promise to resume coal mining at the Chelyuskintsev mine, which has been idle for more than a year. This was announced by Pavel Tolstous, who calls himself the general director of the so-called "Donetsk Coal Energy Company".

It is noted that the mine plans to extract only one thousand tons of coal per month. All of it will be intended for boiler houses and privileged categories of household consumers.

CADO admits that "this amount of coal will not be enough to meet the needs of everyone, but at least those in dire need will be provided".
