2693 new cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19 were recorded in Ukraine over the past day. This was reported by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine on September 3.
2693 people fell ill over the past day, including 171 children and 40 health workers. 826 people were hospitalized and 45 – died.
1112 people recovered on September 2.
52 375 tests were carried over the past day, of which 23 538 – by PCR, 7305 – by EIA and 21 532 – by rapid antigen tests.
2 293 541 people fell ill for the entire time of the pandemic in Ukraine, 2 210 866 patients recovered and 53 922 – died.
The largest number of confirmed cases over the past day was registered in the city of Kyiv (321), the Odesa (236), Kharkiv (231), Lviv (213) and Dnipropetrovsk (191) oblasts.
90 new cases of COVID-19 were recorded in the controlled territory of Luhansk oblast and 157 – in the Donetsk.
