Russian informational special forces intend to start a campaign to discredit the deputy chairman of the OSCE SMM Alexander Hug. It is reported  by Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

"Given the growing influence of the OSCE on the temporarily occupied territories of the East of Ukraine, Russian officers of the Center of Information Warfare (Novocherkassk, Russia), Center of the Territorial Forces of the Southern Military District of the Russian Armed Forces, sent to the headquarters of 1 (Donetsk) and 2 (Luhansk) AC Russian Armed Forces continue activities aimed at discrediting the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission. They spread disinformation regarding the personal life of employees of the OSCE Mission among local population on the basis of results of 24-hour monitoring of their places of residence and leisure activities by FSB,"- said the statement.
