Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Vladimir Groysman said he was ready to take the responsibility to form a new government if had been given the opportunity to rely on the coalition and form a core of reformers in the government. He told that in the video message on Facebook, - informs Interfax-Ukraine.

"We have a critical amount of problems that we must solve. I think that political forces should recognize it - find a way out of the existing situation," - said V. Groysman.

According to him, he has a clear vision which can be divided into three positions: the first - a plan of action, which "should lead the country out of the existing situation"; the second - strategy of a reform, "strategic vision of the kind of economic model that should be built, and the third - quality of management.

"I am convinced that if I were given the opportunity to rely on the reformist coalition, opportunity to form a core of people who are willing to implement true, honest and open reforms in the government, I could take responsibility," - said Groysman.

He also noted that the current "political week is key one" in order to find a way out of the crisis.
