President Volodymyr Zelensky did not name issues related to the de-occupation of Donbas, which he was going to submit to the all-Ukrainian referendum. He said this at a press conference in Kyiv today, - correspondent of OstroV reports.

"I am not ready now to talk about a referendum on the Donbas. In any case, there will be no betrayal. I am the guarantor of the Constitution", - he stated.

Earlier, Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that issues related to the situation in the Donbas could be submitted to a national referendum.

"As for the state referendum, I believe that this should be the most important issue that we have today. I believe that this is the situation in the Donbas. I am sure that after a while, because we have several plans - A, B and C, - we have talked about this - the end of the war and the return of our temporarily occupied territories, we will present a referendum with such a topic to the public. This may be one of the plans, if the others (plans - OstroV) do not work", - the president said.
