The occupiers fired at the positions of our soldiers from large-caliber machine guns and small arms not far from the village of Mayorsk twice. The occupiers carried out shelling using heavy anti-tank grenade launchers in the suburbs of Talakivka, and automatic heavy grenade launchers - near the village of Luhanske. In occupied Donetsk, Russian illegal armed formations deployed two mortars near the location of the disabled OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) camera at the Oktyabrskaya mine. In particular, it was reported that the SMM saw mortars deployed in violation of withdrawal lines in non-government-controlled areas of the Donetsk oblast, namely: two mortars not far from the location of the SMM camera at the Oktyabrskaya mine, which is now not operational. A note clarified that the SMM's camera failed to function on April 19, 2021 "due to the influence of a foreign object". Earlier, the observers reported that the Russian armed formations, contrary to the objections of the OSCE monitors, installed their video camera on the SMM mast at the Oktyabrskaya mine in occupied Donetsk, after which they restricted the observers' access to it.
