14 277 new cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19 were recorded in Ukraine over the past day. This was reported by Minister of Health Maksym Stepanov on Facebook.
14 277 people fell ill over the past day, including 591 children and 277 health workers. 3728 people were hospitalized, 434 – died.
18 964 people recovered on April 22.
95 740 tests were carried over the past day, of which 41 305 – by PCR, 18 360 – by EIA and 36 075 – by rapid antigen tests.
2 004 630 people fell ill for the entire time of the pandemic in Ukraine, 1 552 267 patients recovered and 41 700 – died.
The largest number of confirmed cases over the past day was registered in the city of Kyiv (1269), the Dnipropetrovsk (1296), Kharkiv (1137), Lviv (926) and Kyiv (922) oblasts.
