More than $20 billion will be needed to restore the Donbas. This was stated by Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories Oleksii Reznikov at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers today, correspondent of OstroV reports.

"Many experts estimate our expenses for the minimum restoration of Donbas at more than $20 billion. All these figures are approximate, but it is already clear that they are astronomical and it is impossible to solve these problems at the expense of the state budget, creditors and funders. Therefore, the only way out is investors", - he said.

As previously reported, the government approved the concept of economic development of the Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts.

"Our approach to this concept is based on creating opportunities and incentives for investment", - Oleksii Reznikov noted.
