Units of the Russian occupation forces have fired at the Ukrainian positions with heavy weapons. This was reported by representative of the so-called "information ministry" Daniil Bezsonov on his Telegram channel.
According to him, the shelling was a response to the alleged death of two "people's militia" militants due to shelling from the AFU.
"According to my information, after the shelling and the death of our soldiers, ours responded with a heavy one, and responded successfully. Of course, the Ukies already announced this in the morning, but did not show their losses", - Bezsonov wrote.
As reported by OstroV, the JFO report confirmed shelling of Ukrainian positions from heavy artillery. "The Russian occupation troops violated the ceasefire once since the beginning of this day, in the morning hours of December 4 - they used prohibited heavy weapons, namely 122 caliber artillery systems and 120 mm mortars, having fired at our positions near the settlement of Vodiane". The headquarters of the special operation stated that "the enemy's fire actions did not pose a threat to our defenders".
The JFO command categorically denies opening of the return fire on both December 3 and 4.
