In the occupied territory, the workers of the Makiivka Metallurgical Plant did not come to work and blocked the entrances to the enterprise with concrete blocks, demanding payment of the wage arrears. This is reported on the page of the Information Navigator in Facebook.

It is clarified that the employees of the Makiivka Metallurgical Plant went on strike and completely stopped the work of the enterprise. They demand payment of the full amount of back wages from the beginning of June.

"Another delay in the payment of the debt for several months was the reason for the riot", - the report says.

A similar situation recently happened in Yenakiieve.

"Despite the persuasion of director Nikolayenko, none of the employees went to work on the night shift. Moreover, the workers blocked all entrances to the enterprise with concrete blocks", - the message notes.

The protesters asked their colleagues from occupied Stakhanov and Alchevsk to join the riot. "Trying to contain the discontent of the population, the leadership of the so-called Vneshtorgservis paid the Stakhanov Ferroalloy Plant and the Alchevsk Iron and Steel Works 10% of the debt for July", - the source tells.

"The occupation authorities demand that the workers of the enterprises immediately start work and humbly wait for payments. But none of the workmen have believed the promises of the leadership. The militants risk leaving the city without heating, since the centralized heating system is directly tied to the plant capacity", - the information specifies.

As reported by OstroV, the workers of the Yenakiieve Iron and Steel Works in the occupied territory of the Donetsk oblast, who held a "peaceful gathering", did not get their wages back.
