Forty-five ATMs of the pseudo bank of the so-called "DPR" operate on the occupied territory of Donetsk region. This was reported by the so-called " chairman of the republican central bank" of the "DPR" Irina Nikitina, - reports the website of the pseudo republic.
She noted that people on the occupied territories preferred to use cash and encouraged them to return to the "bank cards" to "promote the development of the country's economy."
At the moment the fake bank has issued about 300 thousand cards, 70% of which has been distributed among people.
"Plastic cards have been mainly distributed in Donetsk, about 30% have been distributed in Gorlovka, about 50% - in Makeyevka. Donetsk residents who were served by the Central Republican Bank, will receive retirement payments on their card accounts as of April 1st," - said Irina Nikitin.
According to her, only 45 ATMs operate on the territory of Donetsk region controlled by militants.
In the future, as Nikitina noted, it will be possible to make transfers between the "DPR" and "LPR".
