The body of the former head of State Depository for Precious Metals with injuries typical of a fall from height was found in the center of Moscow. According to investigators, Vladimir Rybkin's death was caused by spinal fractures and internal injuries. It is reported by LifeNews with reference to a source in law enforcement.
"The body of Vladimir Rybkin was found by eyewitnesses. He was lying on the pavement outside the house on Zubovsky Boulevard with injuries typical of a fall from height. The older men had only a passport with him," - said the source.
The death of the former head of State Depository for Precious Metals is confirmed.
"Vladimir Rybkin really died, it’s funeral today and all the authorities are there," - said the receptionist of the head of State Depository for Precious Metals.
69-year-old Vladimir Rybkin, who left his post as head of State Depository for Precious Metals a few years ago, was retired last year.
Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation started checking the case.
State Depository for Precious Metals is federal state-owned institution "State Administration for the formation of the State Fund of Precious Metals and Precious Stones of the Russian Federation, storage, release and use of precious metals and precious stones at the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation."
