Russia will not act as a guarantor of the truce that has begun in the Donbass, since it "does not consider itself a party to the conflict". This was stated by press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov, - TASS reported.
The command of the Russian occupation forces of the "DNR" states that the militant units did not violate the "ceasefire". This is how they reacted to the information voiced by commander-in-chief of the Joint Forces, Lieutenant-General Volodymyr Kravchenko, that the "DNR" illegal armed formations violated a complete and comprehensive truce twice since the beginning of the day. The occupiers traditionally do not admit their guilt in violating the ceasefire and call the words of the commander-in-chief of the JF "information provocation of the Ukrainian side aimed at destabilizing the situation". At the same time, referring to the data of the illegitimate "observation group of the JCCC", they admit that there were explosions of "unidentified explosive devices" near Vodiane, allegedly, provoked by the AFU themselves.
