The Donbass occupation authorities create artificial barriers for the departure of applicants to the controlled territory of Ukraine. This was said by chairman of the board of the Center for Civil Liberties non-governmental organization Oleksandra Matviychuk at a press conference in Kyiv today, - correspondent of OstroV reports.
"The occupation power of Donbass creates artificial obstacles for the entrants and their relatives to leave. Moreover, they intimidate them with compiling lists of children who will study in Ukraine and transferring them to the Ministry of State Security. People are in despair and fear. They thought to write an open letter, I even saw its text, but they were scared to put their signatures", - she informed.
As previously reported, the Verkhovna Rada adopted bill No.3734, which allows residents of the temporarily occupied territories to enter all Ukrainian universities without passing an External Independent Testing.
