In response to the "DNR" provocation, the Ukrainian side is ready to let civilians pass from Oenovka through the Novotroitske checkpoint. This is reported on the website of the Donetsk Regional State Administration.
It is reported that people who arrive from the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine will undergo non-contact temperature body screening and a survey for contact with patients with COVID-19. At the same time, it is reported that this category of citizens (except for those arriving to participate in external independent testing) will be passed only with the consent to undergo self-isolation, using a single electronic service "Act at home", or observation.
There are rescuers and doctors at Novotroitske checkpoint. There are about ten cars in line at the exit from the territory controlled by the Ukrainian authorities.
Earlier, two checkpoints have been opened by decision of the JFO commander since June 10 - Stanytsia Luhanska in the Luhansk oblast and Marinka in the Donetsk oblast. At the same time, CADO still refused to pass citizens, referring to quarantine measures.
As previously reported, the "DNR" occupation authorities of announced that on June 22, they would allow access to Ukraine-controlled territory through the Olenivka checkpoint, which is located on the transport corridor with the Ukrainian Novotroitske checkpoint.
