10406 cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19 were recorded in Ukraine as of April 30. This was reported by Minister of Health Maksym Stepanov at a briefing in Kyiv today, - correspondent of OstroV reports.
"540 people fell ill over the past day, of which 45 children and 87 health workers", - he stated.
According to him, 11 deaths from COVID-19 have been recorded over the past day.
"In total, 10406 people fell ill during the pandemic, 1238 people recovered and 261 died", - Maksym Stepanov said.
The Minister noted that 7315 tests on COVID-19 were carried out by PCR over the past day.
