The occupiers also used grenade launchers of various systems, heavy machine guns and small arms during the shelling. One member of the Joint Forces was injured as a result of the enemy shelling. All criminal actions of Russian mercenaries received an adequate response. Losses of the opponent are being specified. There were no cases of coronavirus infection among the Joint Forces personnel. Situation in the area of the Joint Forces operation remains controlled.
Leader of the so-called "DNR" Denis Pushilin is going to introduce responsibility for the spread of misinformation. This was reported by separatist media. Pushilin instructed the so-called "Ministry of Internal Affairs", "Ministry of State Security" and "Prosecutor General's Office" to jointly introduce proposals on administrative and criminal liability - similar to the Russian Federation - for spreading deliberate misinformation about circumstances that constitute a threat to the life and security of citizens in the media or information and telecommunication networks. According to Pushilin, the Ukrainian intelligence services are allegedly involved in the "stove-piping on the epidemiological situation" in CADO. It was stated that the Ukrainian party, allegedly, spread fakes and "panic among the civilian population" in the separatist publics of social networks.

The so-called "Ministry of Health" reported that the disease was confirmed in a 35-year-old man who returned from Russia on April 4 through the Uspenka checkpoint and was on self-isolation. On Monday, April 6, he sought medical help with symptoms of a viral infection, after which he was hospitalized. Relatives of the infected are also in isolation under surveillance.
Occupation authorities of the "LNR" recognized the 6th case of COVID-19 in the territory of Luhansk oblast not controlled by Ukraine.
