Given the availability of supporting documents and the vital need for treatment by the doctor who prescribed the course, the commander of the Joint Forces made a separate decision regarding the admission of the man to temporarily occupied Donetsk. However, the border guards had to return the man from the so-called grey zone to the controlled territory in the evening. "It became known from the man's explanations that despite his persuasion and conviction, the pro-Russian militants refused him to enter after three hours of waiting and drove him out without explaining the reasons. At the same time, the Russian mercenaries did not take supporting documents and arguments regarding the vital necessity of crossing the demarcation line into attention", - the border service reported.
