Human rights activists warn citizens about possible difficulties that may arise on October 29 at the crossing of entry-exit checkpoints in the Donbass. "Therefore, we would advise you, if possible, to postpone your trip to another date", - the human rights activists noted. They also stipulated that according to unofficial sources, the postponement of introduction of the new order would nevertheless take place in the near future, which will be additionally reported.
As of the end of October, more than 30 thousand residents of the part of Luhansk oblast not controlled by Ukraine received Russian passports.
